Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using modern frameworks and cloud-native architectures
- Lead technical design discussions and produce comprehensive architecture documentation for complex features
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and QA to deliver high-quality software on schedule
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and security across the entire technology stack
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing strategies, and deployment workflows
- Contribute to technical roadmap planning and help evaluate emerging technologies for adoption
- Participate in on-call rotations and incident response to ensure platform stability and uptime
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development with production-grade applications
- Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and Node.js (or equivalent modern frameworks)
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)
- Demonstrated experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture patterns
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern development workflows (Git, code review, TDD)
