Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using modern frameworks and cloud-native architectures
- Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions that impact the entire platform
- Build and optimize RESTful APIs and GraphQL services for high-throughput, low-latency performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and DevOps to deliver features from concept to production
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Implement comprehensive testing strategies including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality
- Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to improve user experience
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements and infrastructure-as-code practices
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development
- Strong proficiency in React or Next.js for frontend development and Node.js, Python, or Go for backend services
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)
- Proven track record of building and shipping production-grade applications at scale
- Experience with microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and distributed computing patterns
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
