Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using React, Node.js, and cloud-native architectures on AWS
- Lead technical design reviews and contribute to architectural decisions that impact platform reliability and performance
- Collaborate closely with product management and UX design to translate business requirements into elegant, performant solutions
- Build and optimize RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints to support high-throughput, low-latency services
- Implement comprehensive testing strategies including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure production-grade quality
- Mentor mid-level and junior engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Drive continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and observability tooling across the engineering organization
- Participate in on-call rotations and incident response to maintain 99.9% platform uptime
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks
- Strong proficiency in React (or Next.js) on the frontend and Node.js (Express or NestJS) on the backend
- Hands-on experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL solutions (MongoDB, Redis, DynamoDB)
- Demonstrated expertise with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudFront) or equivalent cloud platforms
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or CircleCI and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams in an agile environment
