Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using React, Node.js, and cloud-native architectures
- Lead technical design discussions and produce architectural documentation for complex features and system integrations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and Data Engineering to define requirements and deliver solutions
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and security across the entire technology stack
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and monitoring solutions
- Contribute to technical roadmap planning and help evaluate emerging technologies for adoption
- Participate in on-call rotations and incident response to ensure platform stability and uptime
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks
- Strong proficiency in React (or similar frontend frameworks) and Node.js backend development
- Extensive experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL solutions (MongoDB, Redis)
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design, GraphQL, microservices architecture, and distributed systems
- Experience with agile development methodologies, Git workflows, and CI/CD best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
