Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using React, Node.js, and TypeScript across the entire software development lifecycle
- Architect scalable microservices and RESTful APIs deployed on AWS cloud infrastructure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and QA to deliver high-quality features on schedule
- Lead code reviews, establish best practices, and mentor junior and mid-level engineers
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and security through proactive monitoring and testing
- Contribute to technical roadmap planning and participate in architectural decision-making
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and champion DevOps practices to streamline deployment workflows
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement root-cause fixes with minimal downtime
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js
- Strong experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL solutions (MongoDB, Redis)
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudFormation)
- Solid understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) in production environments
- Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of collaborating in agile teams
