Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using modern frameworks and cloud-native architectures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and Data Engineering to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
- Lead code reviews, establish coding standards, and champion engineering best practices across the team
- Architect and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices for performance, reliability, and security
- Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of growth and technical excellence
- Drive continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing strategies, and deployment workflows
- Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, technical debt, and system vulnerabilities
- Contribute to technical roadmap planning and participate in architectural decision-making processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development
- Strong proficiency in React or Next.js on the frontend and Node.js, Python, or Go on the backend
- Deep experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis
- Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Solid understanding of software design patterns, data structures, algorithms, and system design principles
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade applications in agile, fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
