Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using React, Node.js, and cloud-native architectures
- Lead technical design reviews and contribute to architectural decisions that shape the product roadmap
- Build and optimize RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints for high-throughput, low-latency systems
- Collaborate closely with product management, UX design, and QA teams to deliver features from concept to production
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and champion DevOps best practices to ensure reliable, automated deployments
- Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement across the stack
- Contribute to engineering standards, documentation, and technical strategy across the organization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React (or Next.js), and Node.js
- Hands-on experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL solutions (MongoDB, Redis)
- Proven experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL services
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or CircleCI
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
