Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using React, TypeScript, and Node.js
- Architect RESTful APIs and GraphQL services that power mission-critical enterprise features
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate business requirements into elegant technical solutions
- Lead code reviews, establish best practices, and mentor mid-level and junior engineers
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and security across the entire stack
- Drive CI/CD pipeline improvements and champion DevOps best practices using Docker and Kubernetes
- Contribute to technical roadmap planning and participate in architectural decision-making
- Investigate and resolve production incidents with a focus on root-cause analysis and prevention
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development
- Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, Node.js, and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Hands-on experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL solutions (MongoDB, Redis)
- Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure — AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Proven track record of building and deploying production systems at scale
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset
