Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python
- Architect microservices and RESTful/GraphQL APIs that handle high-throughput, low-latency workloads
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate business requirements into elegant technical solutions
- Lead code reviews, establish engineering best practices, and mentor junior and mid-level developers
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and security across the entire stack
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and deployment infrastructure on AWS
- Contribute to technical roadmap planning, system design discussions, and architectural decision records
- Proactively identify and resolve production issues, participating in on-call rotations as needed
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React (or Next.js), and Node.js
- Solid experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL solutions (Redis, MongoDB)
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred), containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Deep understanding of software design patterns, data structures, algorithms, and system design principles
- Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional, agile teams
- Experience with observability tools (Datadog, New Relic, or similar) and incident management workflows
