Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure across cloud and on-prem environments.
- Own availability, performance, and incident response for core business systems and internal platforms.
- Lead IT service management processes, including SLA governance, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
- Drive cybersecurity controls, vulnerability remediation, endpoint hardening, and compliance readiness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and cost-efficient technology solutions.
- Manage vendor relationships, software licensing, and technology procurement with strong commercial discipline.
- Mentor IT team members and establish best practices for documentation, automation, and operational excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 7+ years of progressive IT experience, including infrastructure, systems administration, and support leadership.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, identity and access management, networking, and endpoint management.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and hybrid architecture operations.
- Solid understanding of IT security frameworks, backup and disaster recovery, and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to manage incidents under pressure and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft, or cloud certifications are highly preferred.
