NexaCore Digital Indonesia is hiring a high-impact Staff IT professional in Jakarta to architect, secure, and scale enterprise technology operations across cloud and on-prem environments.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design and oversee enterprise IT architecture, including network, systems, cloud, and endpoint environments.
- Lead incident response, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement to maintain high service availability.
- Implement and enforce cybersecurity controls, access governance, and compliance-ready operating standards.
- Own IT roadmap planning, budgeting, vendor strategy, and lifecycle management for core platforms.
- Mentor IT engineers and administrators, setting technical standards and operational KPIs.
- Collaborate with product and data teams to deliver scalable internal tooling and secure integrations.
- Drive automation for provisioning, monitoring, patching, and backup/recovery workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- 8+ years of progressive IT experience, with at least 3 years in senior or lead-level responsibilities.
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), enterprise networking, and systems administration.
- Proven track record implementing security best practices aligned with ISO 27001 or similar frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with scripting/automation (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) and infrastructure monitoring stacks.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional decisions.
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, CCNP, or cloud architect credentials are highly valued.
