NexaCore Digital Indonesia is hiring a high-impact Staff IT to power secure, reliable, and scalable internal technology operations in Jakarta. This role is ideal for a proactive IT professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, solves problems before they escalate, and delivers premium support across infrastructure, systems, and end-user services.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, modernize IT workflows, and ensure business continuity through disciplined execution and strong technical ownership.
Tanggung Jawab
- Administer daily IT operations including networks, endpoints, access controls, and productivity platforms.
- Monitor system performance, uptime, and security events, then resolve incidents with clear root-cause analysis.
- Provide responsive L1/L2 technical support for hardware, software, and collaboration tools.
- Manage onboarding/offboarding processes, device provisioning, and account lifecycle governance.
- Implement patching, backup, and recovery procedures to protect business-critical data.
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners for procurement, maintenance, and service improvements.
- Document SOPs, asset inventories, and technical policies to improve audit readiness and operational consistency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support or systems administration experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows environments, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and endpoint security.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, identity/access management, and IT ticketing tools.
- Solid troubleshooting skills with the ability to prioritize multiple requests under SLA targets.
- Working understanding of cybersecurity best practices, backup strategy, and disaster recovery.
- Excellent communication skills in English with a service-oriented and ownership mindset.
