Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily IT operations, including user support, endpoint maintenance, and system troubleshooting.
- Install, configure, and monitor hardware, software, and network components for optimal performance.
- Maintain IT security controls, patching cycles, antivirus, and access permissions across business systems.
- Support cloud and on-premise environments, including backups, recovery checks, and uptime monitoring.
- Document incidents, technical procedures, and asset inventories with clear and audit-ready records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver IT improvements and automation initiatives.
- Escalate critical issues quickly and coordinate with vendors to ensure fast resolution.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or infrastructure operations.
- Solid knowledge of Windows/Linux administration, networking fundamentals, and endpoint security.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, cloud services, and enterprise collaboration tools.
- Familiarity with ITSM processes, ticketing systems, and SLA-driven service delivery.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with a customer-first and team-oriented mindset.
