Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily IT operations, including user support, endpoint maintenance, and system troubleshooting.
  • Install, configure, and monitor hardware, software, and network components for optimal performance.
  • Maintain IT security controls, patching cycles, antivirus, and access permissions across business systems.
  • Support cloud and on-premise environments, including backups, recovery checks, and uptime monitoring.
  • Document incidents, technical procedures, and asset inventories with clear and audit-ready records.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver IT improvements and automation initiatives.
  • Escalate critical issues quickly and coordinate with vendors to ensure fast resolution.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or infrastructure operations.
  • Solid knowledge of Windows/Linux administration, networking fundamentals, and endpoint security.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, cloud services, and enterprise collaboration tools.
  • Familiarity with ITSM processes, ticketing systems, and SLA-driven service delivery.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with a customer-first and team-oriented mindset.
