Nexa Digital Indonesia is hiring a Staff IT in Jakarta to strengthen our enterprise technology operations and accelerate secure digital growth. This role is ideal for a hands-on IT professional who can keep mission-critical systems running at peak performance while continuously improving service quality.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Administer daily IT operations across endpoints, networks, business applications, and collaboration tools.
  • Monitor system health, respond to incidents, and ensure SLA-driven resolution of tickets and escalations.
  • Implement preventive maintenance, patch management, and performance tuning for servers and user devices.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding workflows, including access provisioning and asset lifecycle management.
  • Collaborate with security teams to enforce policies, harden configurations, and improve compliance readiness.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles for repeatable support excellence.
  • Contribute to IT improvement projects, vendor coordination, and technology rollout initiatives across departments.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support, system administration, or infrastructure operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux administration, LAN/WAN fundamentals, and endpoint management.
  • Practical experience with Microsoft 365, identity/access management, and helpdesk ticketing platforms.
  • Solid troubleshooting skills with a structured, root-cause-oriented approach to incident resolution.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity best practices, backup/recovery, and business continuity principles.
  • Excellent communication in English with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users.
