NexaCore Digital Indonesia is hiring a high-impact Staff IT to strengthen our enterprise technology operations in Jakarta. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who combines hands-on technical execution with strong service ownership.
You will manage critical infrastructure, support end users, and drive reliability, security, and performance across our IT environment. If you are detail-oriented, fast in problem resolution, and passionate about modern IT standards, we want to meet you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Administer and maintain company IT infrastructure including endpoints, networks, and core business systems.
- Provide responsive L1/L2 support, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure timely issue resolution with clear user communication.
- Implement and monitor security controls such as access management, patching, antivirus, and policy compliance.
- Support onboarding/offboarding processes, including account provisioning, asset setup, and permissions governance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system uptime, performance, and automation of repetitive tasks.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, SOPs, and asset inventories for audit readiness.
- Assist in IT projects such as cloud migration, system upgrades, and rollout of new tools.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in IT operations, helpdesk, or systems administration roles.
- Solid knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, networking fundamentals, and endpoint management.
- Hands-on experience with security best practices, backup strategies, and incident response basics.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to prioritize and resolve multiple issues under deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with a service-oriented and collaborative mindset.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a strong advantage.
