Join Nexa Digital Indonesia as a Staff IT (Infrastructure & Security) and lead mission-critical technology operations from our Jakarta office.
You will own enterprise infrastructure reliability, strengthen cybersecurity posture, and drive automation across cloud and on-prem environments. This is a high-impact role for a hands-on technical leader who thrives in fast-growing, product-driven businesses.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and optimize secure, scalable IT infrastructure across cloud and on-prem systems.
- Lead incident response, root-cause analysis, and post-incident improvements for business-critical platforms.
- Own endpoint, network, identity, and access management controls aligned with security best practices.
- Drive IT automation initiatives for provisioning, monitoring, patching, backup, and disaster recovery.
- Collaborate with engineering and business teams to deliver reliable workplace and production IT services.
- Manage vendor relationships, software licensing, and infrastructure cost optimization strategies.
- Define and track KPIs/SLAs for uptime, performance, security, and service quality.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive IT experience, including infrastructure and security operations ownership.
- Strong expertise in Windows/Linux administration, networking, virtualization, and cloud platforms.
- Hands-on experience with IAM, SIEM, EDR, backup/recovery, and vulnerability management tools.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of IT governance, risk, compliance, and audit readiness.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, ITIL, CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+) are highly valued.
