Nexa Digital Indonesia is hiring a Staff IT (Infrastructure & Support) to strengthen our enterprise technology operations in Jakarta. This role is ideal for a hands-on IT professional who can balance daily reliability, security standards, and continuous improvement across user support and core systems.

You will work closely with engineering, security, and business teams to deliver fast issue resolution, stable infrastructure, and scalable IT processes. If you are proactive, service-minded, and passionate about modern IT operations, we want to meet you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Administer and maintain company IT infrastructure, including networks, endpoints, identity systems, and collaboration tools.
  • Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware, software, access, and connectivity issues with strong SLA performance.
  • Monitor system health, troubleshoot incidents, and implement preventive actions to reduce downtime and recurring tickets.
  • Manage onboarding/offboarding workflows, device provisioning, asset tracking, and account lifecycle controls.
  • Enforce security policies, patch management, endpoint protection, backup verification, and access governance.
  • Document SOPs, runbooks, and technical knowledge articles to improve support speed and consistency.
  • Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver IT projects, upgrades, and service improvements on schedule.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT operations, service desk, or systems administration roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS support, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, and identity/access management.
  • Hands-on experience with LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls, and endpoint management tools.
  • Solid troubleshooting methodology, documentation discipline, and customer-first communication skills.
  • Understanding of IT security fundamentals, patching, backups, and compliance best practices.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a strong advantage.
