Join a high-growth technology team in Jakarta as our next Staff IT professional.

You will own day-to-day IT reliability across endpoints, networks, systems access, and enterprise tools while partnering with security and engineering teams to scale operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on specialist who combines technical precision with service excellence and wants to shape a modern, resilient workplace technology environment.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Administer and optimize core IT infrastructure, including user devices, identity access, collaboration platforms, and office connectivity.
  • Provide Tier 1-2 support for hardware, software, and network incidents with clear SLAs and high user satisfaction.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding workflows, ensuring secure account provisioning and asset lifecycle tracking.
  • Implement endpoint hardening, patch management, and baseline security controls aligned with company policy.
  • Maintain documentation for SOPs, runbooks, incident logs, and IT asset inventory with audit-ready accuracy.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve escalations and improve service performance.
  • Contribute to IT projects such as system rollouts, office expansions, and automation of routine support tasks.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or corporate IT operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS administration, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, and identity/access management.
  • Practical experience with networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with endpoint security tools, patching frameworks, and IT ticketing systems.
  • Excellent communication skills in English with a customer-first, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a strong advantage.
