NexaCore Digital Indonesia is hiring a Staff IT to strengthen our enterprise technology operations in Jakarta. This is a high-impact role for a hands-on professional who can keep systems reliable, secure, and scalable while delivering excellent internal support.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily IT operations across servers, networks, cloud services, and end-user devices.
- Provide responsive L1-L2 technical support, resolve incidents, and maintain strong SLA performance.
- Administer Microsoft 365, identity access controls, and endpoint security policies.
- Monitor infrastructure health, perform root-cause analysis, and implement preventive actions.
- Plan and execute patching, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity procedures.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on upgrades, procurement, and system rollouts.
- Maintain accurate documentation for assets, configurations, SOPs, and change records.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or infrastructure operations.
- Solid knowledge of Windows Server, networking fundamentals, and enterprise security practices.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and endpoint management tools.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a structured, data-driven approach to issue resolution.
- Excellent communication skills in English and ability to support cross-functional stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA, Microsoft) are a strong advantage.
